This is a tale of bad puzzle solving and lots of patience!

I think I originally solved this puzzle over three years ago...well, I thought I did. I went to what I thought WERE the correct coordinates, looked through all the bushes and rocks. Got angry and gave up.

I quit geocaching for a year and half and just recently picked up where I left off. I revisited this puzzle and remembered where I looked before and decided to try again (still thinking I solved it correctly). Ironically, your hint worked for the location where I thought it was; however, nothing moved let’s say.

So I tried again...and figured out I didn’t solve it. Tried again and knew I had the right coords this time thanks to a picture posted for this cache. I got excited, found close parking....only to find a bunch of muggles on their break time. I waited them out - determined to get this after all this time.

So now I can turn this into this
