I parked near the cache, but since I was on the wrong side of the fence, I had a little walking to do before I returned back to ground zero. This has a very nice placement! As the prior comments indicate, the container was very wet, but the logbook was surprisingly dry enough to sign - there is mold starting to form on it. I added a new baggie to hopefully keep it protected from the moisture better.
Keep calm and cache on!

Looks like the container seal is leaking. Water in container and log is damp but you can still sign. TFTC!
