Accessburn und I found this one during our vacation in the US. We had two awesome weeks with good weather and great caches. Our journey started in Seattle and ended in Denver and we had stops in Vancouver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Alamo, Beaver and Aspen.

Thanks to all the owners for the great views, landscapes and caches...

Greetings from Germany,

littelchen

We went here during our holiday. The cache could not hide long from us.
Weather was great and the landscape was also nice.

Thanks to littelchen for coming with me and thanks to the owner for hiding and maintaing the cache.

Our 6th cache of the day. We began by hiking to the 13,572' unnamed peak above Independence Pass. Then, we descended back to the car, drove to the nearby trailhead, and hiked to Linkins Lake for a picnic. Rain moving in and winds picking up, but it was still a great hike. Quick find. Many thanks for the 2-fer.

Time to say goodbye to the grandkids in California and head back to Kansas City. Picking up a few counties along the way. Day 3 of the return trip. We left Grand Junction, CO, this morning. Got snowed on at Independence Pass, saw Doc Holliday's grave, got the oldest Colorado cache, did lots of twisty roads and saw some beautiful country while picking up 10 more counties. Thanks for all of the caches along the way to make the trip more interesting.

Love to get benchmarks, so I really appreciate this two-fer.
Thanks for the smiley.
