The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Solve the puzzle below to find the location of the cache container.

Introduction: We were talking with a friend the other day (who also happens to be a Geocacher) and he said something that stuck with us and made us smile. In honor of our friendship and the wisdom that he spoke, we have placed the quote into the above puzzle. To figure out the quote and who said it, you'll have to place the jumbled letters from the top half of the puzzle into the bottom half of the puzzle.

Instructions: Looking at each column of letters vertically, distribute the letters into the empty squares directly below. The grayed squares in the bottom half of the puzzle show the spaces or punctuation between the words in the quote. The first word as well as the first letter in my friend's Geocaching name has already been done for you as an example.

Important: In the top half of the puzzle, there are EXTRA letters in each column that do NOT get used in the quote! Be sure that as you place a letter into the quote that you gray out the letter used in the top half, starting with the FIRST occurrence of the letter (from the top) in the column. For example, see how we grayed out the first S from the top, rather than the second or third S. It will make sense why this is important when you are done with the puzzle.

More important: Each letter that you use in the bottom half should be grayed out and NOT used again (do not use a grayed out letter from the top half MORE than once).

Even more important: There are a few words that wrap over a line, these words have been identified by a hyphen to the right side of the word that breaks. The hyphenation is not correct, but that's okay, this isn't a college entrance exam.

How to solve for the coordinates of the cache: Once you have grayed out all of the used letters (and this is why it's important to follow the above directions), you will notice that throughout the top levels of the upper part of the puzzle there are the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L and M that are left over. Above each of these letters you will find a number. Replace the letter in the coordinate with the number that is above the letter in the column to reveal the location of the cache container.

Extra credit: Email us (do NOT post to the cache listing - even if encrypted) the secret message that will be revealed in the remaining letters (secret message does USE any of the letters used for the coordinates). The email is NOT required to log the cache, however, the secret message WILL also reveal a clue about the cache container hiding spot.
