Spent the morning solving puzzles with lasouthpaw and admiring the little one's princesses and little ponies - neither of which are my strong suit ; ) Went out on a caching run to celebrate our solving successes. TFTC!

Peace love pi and I met up to solve some puzzles this morning and decided to make a quick run this afternoon to sign some logs. I'm getting to the point where I can work some of these on my own, and it's a pretty good feeling! We got to GZ and peace love pi brought back the most interesting container. I think the field got burned since the last find, instead of the pill bottle being round, it was more of a crescent shape. The lid was melted on and couldn't be removed because of the shape. We tried to pull the log out of a hole in the side, but no dice. Luckily peace love pi had her kit with her and we replaced the cache. Thanks for the puzzle! Find #2782.

Back in late 2013 I work a little bit solving some of the "-TwoCs- is Puzzled" series of caches and was successful at solving four of them - #3, #8, #10, and #11. I found and logged 8, 10, and 11 but #3 got archived because it was washed away in the flood of September 2013.

Recently I decided to work some more on the series. I discovered that #7 had also been archived so that left me with seven puzzles to ponder. I had time before family arrived for Thanksgiving to solve four of the seven - #1, #2, #6, and #9. Plus I even solved #7 because I was having so much fun with them all. I worked on #4 and #5 for quite a bit of time before I broke down and asked TwoCs for a nudge. I received a quick response and with the new hints I worked through those two and got good geochecks. That just left #12, the hardest of them all.

I had looked at #12 off and on over the last few years and nothing seemed to make sense. But sometimes what appears to be a lost cause turns to gold. This time when I picked it up I quickly came up with a promising idea. After some playing with my method for less than 30 minutes, I had a successful geocheck!

Today I headed south from my home in Loveland to seek out the containers for the seven caches. I mapped out a path before leaving home and it worked out very well. I was able to find all seven containers! Only #12 gave me trouble but I did find it.

Thanks -TwoCs- for this great series of challenging puzzles!!!

Another cute one, loved the use of different symbols, it says something about you. This was another cache with a lot of fun in the puzzle. Have to say I enjoy the perspective you bring. Ok, time to move on.
