This cache is an easy quick stop along the highway going north to Silverton.
The E-trex and Magellin were showing slightly different coordinents, so we averaged them. This should be a quick stop on your way to or from Silverton. The cache is a 50 cal. ammo can.
Our slightly modified jeep cherokee's small block 400 just couldn't stay cool enough to make it to the top of the pass. So as I sat waiting for the truck and trailer to arrive I said to myself self this would be a good place for a cache, and so it is. I hope this isn't to easy a find.

Headed West today (well ok - and a little North too), taking a route that only a geocacher would understand. I stopped here to take a break from the driving - and of course to find this cache. I did a little slip sliding down to GZ and a little more slip sliding back up to the GeoRig, but I got it. Nice area for a cache! Thanks for the fun!

On my way back from climbing Engineer with plenty of time left in the day. Decided to grab this on my way back to Durango, and there was a spectacular view of some quickly-formed storms over Engineer, which looks quite impressive from this angle! The cache took me quite a bit of finding, my GZ was never accurate, but the hint led me to the right spot just as I was about to give up. TFTC!!
