CHALLENGE CACHE! THE FINAL IS AT THE LISTED COORDINATES! PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW BEFORE MAKING THE FIND!

THE CHALLENGE: FIND A TOTAL OF 71 GEOCACHES LOCATED IN CEMETERIES

Why 71? So that you can say you've found more than 70 cemetery caches.

The rules:

-You may use all previous cemetery cache finds from all dates to qualify.
-Cache can be either TRADITIONAL or LETTERBOX HYBRID. No other types may be used.
-You may not log an online find until you have met the challenge requirement, however you may sign the log whenever you like.
-You must sign the log inside the cache before logging your find online.
-No location restrictions.

Logging Requirements:

Preferred method #1 is to bookmark your 71 cemetery caches. I have attached an example bookmark to this cache page with my 71 qualifying caches. If you make a bookmark, please make it look similar to mine.

Preferred method #2 is to list you 71 qualifying caches in you online log. Please use "Cache Name / GC Code /Date Found" format.

I strongly discourage use of GSAK for this challenge. If I cannot read the text in a GSAK photo, I will ask you to either make it legible or make a bookmark for your qualifying caches.

YOUR LOG WILL BE DELETED IF YOU LOG A FIND AND DO NOT QUALIFY!

---

As for actually making the find, it will be a nice hike to the final. Please park to the South where you would to find the caches around Bald Mtn. You will then walk North and stay to the West of BSA property. They have clearly marked their property line. The cache is on National Forest property.

I thought that this would be an appropriate placement for October.

If you are not a fan of cemetery hides, then this challenge is definitely for your ignore list. If you view cemetery caches as a way to pay respects to those people who have walked this earth before us, then you should have no trouble qualifying for this challenge.

Replace everything as found and have fun!

Final is a 30 caliber ammo can!

Found your cache a few days ago on our return trip of a caching trip in Colorado. Love this cache and née we would qualify for it. We also needed the D/T so it was will worth the hike in. Glad we did not see any bear which we did encounter on a hike a few years ago. Thanks for outing this challenge out and keeping it going for Geocaching nuts like us. Favorite point for sure.

One of those which have me scratching my head: ".... what in the wide, wide world of sports" ever possessed you to haul an ammo can clear out here ??!!?
Well anyway I dropped a trackable and signed the log. I don't have sufficient internet here to populate a bookmark list; but will get one soon & change my log.

I have found 102 Colorado spirit quest caches as well as numerous other cemeteries. I included the bookmark of CPQ caches. All is in good shape. Thanks!

Out finding some solved puzzles and other interesting caches on this beautiful Colorado day. Finally got my list compiled with the qualifiers for this challenge. Jill and I hiked up on October 15, 2016. Thanks for placing this challenge cache, it really made me focus on geocaching.

On business in Colorado Springs and drove into the mountains to grab CO'S oldest cache. Grabbed a few others along the way.

Decided to take a hike to write my name on this log. I do not yet qualify but when I do I will turn it into a smiley. Thanks for the great challenge

Came from Glory Glory & its very difficult to avoid the BSA property & we probably didn't. But we found the cache & I do qualify but will have to wait until I get home to post qualifying caches.
