Out playing with my pal Greasepot today--finally up for "real" hiking again after a brief hiatus. One of these days GP will figure out how to render my new cacher name (COHodag)--anyone want to wager on how long that takes?

I hike past this cache almost every Tuesday during fire season, but have never made the climb. I'm pretty sure I can get UP to the cache, but I'm not so sure I can get down from the cache! I'm counting on a hiking companion to make the climb as a surrogate one day, but the stars haven't aligned for that yet. We Tuesday Ladies do like stopping here and admiring the view while we contemplate the cache!

What can I say about this cache? The CO is really good guy and is known to place really cool geocaches. This isn't short of that bar. I made my way up and found it where the CO would certainly expect you to find out. Then it was return to mother Earth! Very nice return! Thank you Jason for this cache!

Replaced!
Seems this one needs replaced annually. Have tried many different containers, and ways of anchoring it in place. Muggle explorers or weather don't like this one haha. But I am stubborn and will continue to replace it each year.

Went to Devils Head with TeamBlackSheep and thought this seemed a bit crazy to do, but I tried anyways. Super bummed, I don’t think I climbed high enough. Really cool place to hide one, I guess you could say I was “between a rock and a hard place” with this cache! Will attempt another trip. Thanks for the challenge though!

I am so glad I made it this time. My 2nd attempt. I think I was there the last time but thought I hadn't gone far enough. I'm not sure I did, but I did this time. Tougher down than up of course.
