Second in the series of stone history lessons.
Again I am not providing the name. If you don't know the history behind this, email me and I will provide a short history and provide a site with a more complete history.

To prevent internet finds, and memories, email me the names of the persons immediately to the left.

Dec 4 02: After thinking about this, I have decided to include the name of the person I am looking for in the hint. This is only fair to those that don't know local history or are from out of town

Mrs. Herndonrd had a horse thing between Longmont and Boulder so I spent a couple of days getting some virtuals, earthcaches, and assorted others up in the area. Stopped by this one. TFTC!

I am very new to the area, so I had to do some research on this person’s history. Wow, what an interesting mix of experiences and professions! And there’s even a movie based on it all?

Anyway, a wonderful choice for a virtual. Thanks!

Our family is in Colorado on vacation. We spent most of the day on Flagstaff Mountain, and while passing back through Boulder I noticed this VC very close by. We made the stop, and I did a search. Having no luck, I finally checked the hint. Since I was from out-of-town, I didn't know the history. I quickly found what was needed, and followed up later to learn what happened. I know get the name of the cache! Thanks for maintaining this VC. I would not have known this story otherwise.

Well the cache was pretty quick and easy. I liked learning about the history of this guy. But the real “fun” didn’t kick in until I saw a freakin black bear next to my car. I’m from Atlanta, GA.... I had no clue these things just walk around!!! After nearly soaking my pants, I got in my car and was able to get some photos of my new friend leaving. Overall, it was a pretty interesting adventure. Emailing the answers to the CO now. TFTC!!!

On a Fall trip through Colorado doing some caching and seeing the sites. A beautiful scenic drive through Rocky Mountain National Park. Visiting the downtown areas of Boulder, Denver, Castle Rock and Colorado Springs to name a few. We enjoyed a beautiful hike on the Barr trail at the Summit of Pikes Peak. It was a wonderful trip with quite a bit of caching thrown in along the way. Thanks for the fun. Answer emailed.

First trip to Colorado. I love cemeteries and was excited to see a cache here. A groundskeeper told us Tom Horn was buried here before we pulled up the geocaching app. I had just googled his story before looking for the cache. TFTC.
