The terrain is not difficult except for wild rose bushes that may be troublesome if you're not careful. There is no maintained trail to the cache. The cache is located at approximately 8000 feet elevation. It is in a non-fee area.

Looked around . The visitors center employee said she didn't know much about the cache. Will try next time we visit Sylvan Lake :-)

Absolutely loved visiting the center and grabbing the coords for the cache. We decided to do a little exploring while staying at Sylvan Lake nearby. Loved being redirected to the area with the cache it was a nice little walk. SL TNLS TFTC!

Nice offset cache. We quickly found the coordinates for the final inside the welcome center. Later, after our picnic and walk around Lake Sylvan, we went to the final location and found the cache quickly. Nice hide in a beautiful location. Thanks for the cache and the smiley. SL
