My girl and I had an amazing 2.5 mile hike with the aspens in full color - man, it was so beautiful. There were lots of people on the trail who had much of the same idea, but it wasn't overbearing. At Rainbow Lake however, there were lots of people congregated, but for good reason because this area is absolutely beautiful. We found a quieter place away from the crowds to sit down for a minute, grab a a snack and enjoy the views. On the way to said quiet place, I realized we were very close to this cache, so I read the hint, saw what to look for, saw something suspect and yep, there it was! Great hiding spot that thousands of people have undoubtedly walked by but never knew it was there. Thanks!
