This is a two part multi cache. the first will give you coordinates for the second.The coordinates are in a 35mm film container. The cache is small so large items won`t fit. Original content smallHeart on leather strap,iron pyrite,minature nail puller,crest honor roll patch, magnet,small metal bear,budweiser key chain and log book with pencil. enjoy the hunt and the views.From the parking lot it is a short walk. If you walk from town I would rate it a 4.

The first time I visited this area, maybe 4 years ago via train, I remember seeing the shrine from below and wanting to visit it. Four years later, and I've come to do just that, and why not find a geocache while here? I was wondering if I had mistakenly put in the wrong coords for Stage 2, but that's when I spotted something that made me go "oh??" Found the final, and lots of harmless bugs who've moved in. TFTC!

Stopped by Silverton on way from Durango to Ouray. Drove up to shrine parking. Enjoyed view from shrine. Found both stages intact.
