Carve a Pumpkin Day When : Always October 31st Carve a Pumpkin Day is today. If you don't carve a pumpkin by today, when will you get to it? This is your last chance to carve a pumpkin because Halloween is tonight. PUllout your caring patterns and get down to work. If you cant''t find the patterns you have leftover from last year, there'ss no time to go to the store. They're probably sold out, anyway. Just carve a pumpkin freehand. After it's done, get your costume on and go trick or Treating. We believe this holiday is celebrated a little late. It is better held a few days before, or the weekend before. Then, you can make a pumpkin caring party out of it. You can roast pumpkin seeds, drink apple cider and enjoy your pumpkin carvings. If you decide to celebrate this special day a little earlier, I won't tell......... Have a happy Carve a Pumpkin Day.

So our Halloween baby turned 21 on Wednesday and this was the first time that we could go out and get this cache. We drove out to the lim of the earth and then turned north and there it was! Easy find. TFTC!

Its been a long hot summer in Texas, I've been trying to get out and do a caching trip a couple of times this summer, but it never worked out. Finally managed to get a week off, and am so happy to be out here in Colorado. The weather if perfect, and there is a load of caches that need my name on Smile Thanks so much for the hide poolsharkycat, I really enjoyed finiding this cache!

Enjoying another day traversing the countryside, acquiring many miles and boosting cache numbers and others in between along the power trails!
Nothing better than caching along the back country roads of America! Thanks for placing these out here. Most were in good shape in these sections however i did replaced wet logs and broken containers as needed. Initialed logs

The tall grass made this one tough, but I got it. Then the log was soaked! Put a dot on the log and on to the next one. TFTC - #1706

I had a much needed geocaching adventure today. I drove over from Denver to Goodland (KS) last night. Got up this morning and continued east to Mingo. Wound up caching my way there and then back towards Denver, ending with a power trail-ish run between Limon and Deer Trail. Got to see lots of sunflowers and even some antelope along the way. Cachly was acting funny, I'm pretty sure it wasn't bringing up all the caches, but oh well. Wound up caching until the sun went down. Now for all those logs…
