This trail connects the open field with the trails to the east side of Green Mountain Park. Note that trails in the park are closed when muddy. Please respect that. This cache is just north of the trail and west of the hollow where water sometimes is found when rain has fallen or snow is melting. Should be accessible when the trails are open. You can make a big loop up the east side of Green Mountain, over the top and down the road on the west side, then back around the park if the bike trail to the west along 470 is open. Passing through the Mesa View estates you can get back to the meadow and to the start about 7 miles and about 1000 feet of elevation gain. It makes a nice if significant loop hike. Bicyclists love it though.

This is the second we got today out of the seven! Wind started dying down but it is still a little chilly. I love the cache spot, very cool! Thanks for the cache!
