Another opportunity for those hiking the trails around Green Mountain. Remember that the trails are closed when muddy to prevent erosion.

The trail here is a favorite for a walk making a loop walk. Its a bit steep down either side so hikers should wear appropriate shoes and be careful not to slip on the gravel. If it has been rainy or snow is melting there may be a bit of water in the bottom of this little valley but most of the summer it will be dry. This should be accessible in the winter when the ground is frozen. The cache container should be possible for an adult walking on the trail to reach out and touch. The container is medium sized but too narrow for trackables. BYOP.

From a previous cache, I took a steep and hard bushwhacking down the hill. Added tchotchkes. Thanks for placing. Knyte7

Found it. The hint was helpful to keep us on the right tail.

Great new series of caches on the North side of Green Mountain.
Enjoyed the trails and found all 7 caches.
Thanks for the hike and getting me out here.
My favorite in this series.

This has been a really fun night, thanks for placing all of these caches! The rain had died down so we decided to get the seventh and final cache. It was very dark so we were nervous that this would take a while but luckily we found it quickly. I prefer these type of geocaches, where they are all out in nature. We got to see some pretty views, get some exercise, and find some geocaches, thank you!
