This is a coin trading cache. Take a 10 minute break from driving. Take a dime from your pocket. Take the dime from the cache in trade. There is no log to sign.
The container is a 35mm film canister - black with gray lid.

There should only be 1 dime in the cache at any given time. If you find more than one take all of them and buy yourself a treat. Then leave JUST ONE that is still red or black on the list below.

As of May 2005 all dimes on this list have been to the cache (red) and so the initial quest is complete. Now lets see if we can do it again with each new dime placed showing up below in green. ... PLEASE REPORT THE YEAR OF YOUR DIME IN YOUR LOG ON THE SITE.

This is right on the Utah/Colorado border. While at the cache site, take time to enjoy the scenery of Cliff Ridge that is to the north and west.

 Hints

Look for a monument of red stone that mentions the Blue Star Memorial Highway in Colorado. The cache is 72 feet to the west. Look at the bottom of a fence post that is the last of many.

Day 20 of our Geocaching / family visit to Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and now a brief jaunt into Colorado. After a day exploring the west end of Dinosaur National Monument followed by a day to Flaming Gorge, we are back to Dinosaur. After a morning walk along the Desert Voices trail, we drove around to the Southern entrance to explore up to Harper' Corner and out to Echo Park.
Quick stop at the border to sign before continuing on.
