Peeta Mellark is the baker's son from District 12.  He has been in love with Katniss Everdeen since the age of 5.  He never confessed his feelings for her until he was chosen at the reaping as the male District 12 tribute along with Katniss for the 74th Annual Hunger Games.

I originally wanted to place this cache a bit closer to the nearby bakery since that is what Peeta's family did for a living.  But I had to go a bit further away due to other nearby cache placements.
