This cache is placed in the historic minning community of Tin Cup with the owner's permission.  All property in Tin Cup is privately owned.  Please be respectful and courteous. 

A small container covered with black and white duck tape is well placed for the fisherman and diner.  No park and grab here!  Take your time to soak in the local ambience.

Our gps had us looking elsewhere. As we were leaving the area, another couple arrived who were going to look to the cache. They found it and waved us over. Their search area was very different from ours so we appreciated their sharing their find with us. Not sure what was with our gps. Thanks - sorry the restaurant was closed.

We were in the Jeep for the trip over Hancock Pass and back over Tincup Pass. It was a cool day, with a bit of drizzle, but we had a great time. I haven't been on these trails for nearly 30 years. I was happy that there were a number of caches on the route. Thanks for the Cache!
