This is the place that I'd like to live for a few days sometime.
Great little sheltered place to spend a night. There's a rock above this that has a view that will leave you positively inspired.

My huggable slipped coming down but no harm was done. Found this with my huggable, two friends and the geodog. Great hiking trail. Picked up a pair of sunglasses and left a stuff toy. I lost my other sunglasses the day before while looking for the Cascade Falls cache so this was a fortunate find in this cache. TFTC SL

When I pointed to my huggle (husband/muggle) where this one was to be found I was surprised he went for it! Up we went and when I got to the 1st big boulder saw I was only about 1/2 way (most of the distance had been in the vertical foot gain so far). Still another 50+ feet to go! But we were committed now and up we went. Fortunately I spotted a bit of the cache container right away, signed the log and started down which was much more difficult for me but we made it.
