Congratulations to honsteinfam for being the First to Find.

This is a replacement for a cache that was near here called Moab's Tunnel. We had a very heavy rainfall recently, and that geocache got washed away. Our dog Bo loved to run into the tunnel where that cache was hidden, and may have knocked it down and then it disappeared in the "washout" from the heavy rain. Hence the new name for the cache. My father finally found the cache about 50" from its prior hiding spot. The water must really have been roaring going through the "tunnel"
