My brother and sister-in-law found this hike a few years ago. When we got to the meadow I checked on the off chance there was a geo here. To my surprise and utter happiness, there was! And fewer than 100 feet away! This is my lucky day. I saw a few good spots and headed there. But my phone kept pointing back to another spot. After looking around for 5 minutes, my brother decided to help me (he's a muggle). He helped me once before on a cache on Independence Pass by saying, "Maybe it's there" and it was. So now he pointed to a spot and said "Maybe it's there." I searched the spot and it was there. OMG! A muggle! Anyway, he snapped a photo of me with cache (not at the spot) and I took the TB. Naturally, the four TB's I need to drop off were in my car. This is an easy hike and a beautiful spot. Thanks for the cache.

Good hike for two seniors. Thank God it's downhill all the way back to the car. From the bridge to here is .86 miles (UPHILL). TFTC.

Thanks for the incentive to hike up this way. I'm happy to say the cache is in excellent shape as, given the mud deposits, it certainly seems like it was a wet spring! Thanks for the smiley!
