Located along Mt Herman Road in Pike National Forest just beyond balanced rock. Located at 9000 ft of elevation

A nice pretty little area along Mt Herman road. I do see cars up this road occasionally, but I recommend either a 4WD or a high clearance 2WD vehicle. In the winter, a 4WD may be required.

It is a short easy walk from the road to the cache.

Accurate cooridinates were a little tough to get, but they
will get you close enough that it shouldn't be too hard to find.

The first to find prize is a 2006 Green Jeep TB.
The rest of the initial contents are another 4WD TB, and a bunch of misc swag out of our geocaching stash.

Also included is a disposable camera, please take a photo of your geocaching group if possible.

Fantastic location, we enjoyed the hike to this cache.
The large log book is full but there were other sheets to sign.
We loved looking through the log book dating back to 2006.
This cache is totally worth the trip!!

I picked up this nice cache during a short run and recon near MT Herman road. I loved the GZ, it was a cool spot. Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find, TFTC.
