Raspberry Cache

We are into our last week of a month of caching in Colorado. We drove over from Avon to find some fun caches today. We noticed this cache hadn’t been found in a couple of years. This is such a great area for a cache. We took the liberty if placing another cache. It is a painted preform, not in the obivious stump. Since GPS is all over the place it will take searching but it is findable. We hope CO is OK with this replacement.

Looked again with no luck. There was a perfect spot in a large stump. Thought I would find something within but didn't. Hopefully the owner will revisit to verify everything is still good.

This was the second one of 3 that we went for today before heading home from our birthday camping trip...and the one we were most looking forward to finding....we parked at the picnic area next to the May Queen Campground thinking we could have our picnic there after our geohunt...unfortunately, the picnic grounds were closed, but we went on our geohunt anyways...we had 3 stream crossings, which added to our fun...will post some pics....there were 10 of us on the hunt...but sadly, the cache seems to have been muggled... :( .....
