This is one of 7 puzzle caches which together constitute the Boulder County Puzzle Tour. For each leg, the cache is not at the posted coordinates. Solve the puzzle, find the cache, and note the clue. Once all 6 'city' or 'town' stages have been completed, the garnered clues can be used to unlock the FINAL cache, somewhere in Boulder County.

This is probably the easiest puzzle of the entire Boulder County Puzzle Tour, but I like its simplicity and uniqueness of solution nonetheless.

In this puzzle, you will need to find a set of three perfect squares, each with three digits, that together use all the digits 1 through 9 exactly once. Once you have the numbers, arrange them in ascending order and call them ABC, DEF, and GHI. The container can then be found at:

Thankfully, today was the warmest day so far this week. I liked the puzzle concept, and it only took a little while before the answer was in plain sight. And so was the cache container; just had too look at the correct angle. No problems retrieving it. Cache was in great shape, just SL. Thanks so much for a 'winter friendly' cache.

GanderGoose had a list of caches to find after an event this morning. I still haven't filled in very much of my map around here and I like caching with friends, so Sqweeter and I tagged along. This wound up being my last cache with the group, as I needed to get a few things done this afternoon. LOL the best reason to bring friends caching is each person looks at things differently. We get to GZ and I said, "Is that the cache???" Sure enough, it was. It's good to be lucky! Thanks for the smiley... find #2696.

After attending National Honey Bee Day with the 77s, went caching with lasouthpaw and Sqweeter. This was try #2 for me. It is helpful to have good caching friends. lasouthpaw spotted it instantly. Thanks for the placement, uciphd!
