Why is it called Piņa Colada? Because we have been caught in the rain up here on a few occasions! Use both halves of your brain and plan the time of your approach better than we do! :) although the final does provide some good shelter if that's where you're caught.

This is just a 2 stage multi cache that takes you up the mountain to a very scenic rock that we love to eat our lunch at every once in a while. We hope you enjoy this place as much as we do! The purpose of stage 1 is to get you on the right trail up to the final and maybe give you a little more of a challenge. Please replace both stages as best as you can! Have fun all!!

I parked around the way at the upper sec16 'lot' and started a loop up to Captain Jacks with this one. Circled a bit to get S1 ('across') the trail, then one more on the way to this final. All good to go! Tfthike :)

Walking up to the the ridge line to grab geocaches along the way. I like the first stop on this geocache! Very creative. Took me a couple minutes but upon further inspection...off to the final! By the way, that darn song is on replay in my mind because of this geocache!! I used to listen to it on the AM radio in the old Toyota growing up when it was a hit. Thanks! BigSmile

Thought we'd "tackle" a short hike to grab this multi. Did NOT anticipate the last two tenths of a mile, but it was so worth it. Beautiful spot with a beautiful view. TFTH. PSDO
