This cache is in memory of my dog, Putty, who passed away a few months ago at almost fifteen years old.  He loved the outdoors, the mountains, hiking and of course, geocaching!

This cache is about half a mile up the beautiful Rosalie trail in Bailey, CO.  It is just off the trail near the small stream.  You may need snowshoes in winter.

There is a FTF coin in this cache that has a specific mission. The coin owner requests "if you are first to find AND plan on making one of your own caches we would like it placed in that cache for the next first to find.... and so on."

Finally... a cache via snowshoeing... I already had the snowshoe attribute but never found one while snowshoeing... great trail for a hike in the snow... very peaceful... just starting to snow/hail... should make for a fun hike back to the car... I am sure Putty would have enjoyed this outing too... with paw shoes : )

Wow we have lived in Bailey a little over a year and this was the first time we hiked this trail. We loved and it started raining before too long and thundering so decided to turn around and come back another day. Thanks for bringing us here and we had our dog with us as well.

We went for an after-Thanksgiving-meal hike this morning to walk the dogs and catch a few caches. It's turning into a gorgeous day with only a little snow and ice on the trail. Cache is in great shape. Left a pathtag. Thanks!
