The cache is an ammo box, and contains a Tony Hillerman Navajo Mystery, miniature Post-it-notes miniature scotch tape, a tiny carved wooden box, and a sample hand sanitizer
"A stroll through the flowers and trees
Easy on the feet and the knees
A rivulet here
A babbling brook there
This beautiful hike is a breeze"

Found talus, brush, dead aspen leaves, and flies. No lake view. Erratic GPS. Nice hike through damp forest.

We had a very nice hike in these high mountains. We would have found the cache more quickly, if we hadn't read the hint ;-)
The cache is dry and in very good condition.
Thanks a lot for hiding, Rennschwein, Germany

Yes, the coordinates seem to be a little off, but with the various hints, it's not too hard to find. Really enjoyed this trail even if we did turn around before it got too steep. TFTC! Took the butterfly travel bug, left some insect repellent.

We found it with wet socks and cold hands. Was definitely worth it tho! Scenery is the prettiest I've ever seen, I definitely recommend this to photographers who are looking for something to do! TFTC!

Came back a year later to finally bag this cache. Last year it was thunder and lightning that kept us off of the trail, but not today. Nice clear sky and medium warm temps made for a delightful morning hike to see the lake overlook and of course find the cache. Cache is in good shape after winter. TFTC.
