When the water is really low, you might be able to walk or wade out to this, but mostly, you'll need to paddle. This island has fantastic views from the top of a small hill, looking back toward the Frisco marina. The marina is the easiest place to launch from to get here, but it's also not too far from Gibberson Bay off the Dillon Dam Road. There's a little trail that takes you to the top of a hill, and the cache is a short, easy walk off the trail from there.

Found with the family while kayaking/canoeing on this chilly June day. Managed to make it almost back to the Marina before the thunderstorm and high winds. Took us 20 minutes to paddle the last little bit with all the wind against us. Fantastic cache! I was worried I’d have to hunt for a bit but it was easy to spot in all its clever cache glory. Favorite point!
