This cache is along the trail to Grays Peak just shy of 13,000 feet above sea level. It's on the left side of the trail with a spectacular view of Stevens Gulch.
This cache is along the trail to Grays Peak just shy of 13,000 feet above sea level. It's on the left side of the trail with a spectacular view of Stevens Gulch. The cache is a round cylindrical plastic container covered in gray duct tape. Inside is a log, pencil and small assortment of trading items. A couple of rocks and pine cones hide the cache placed in a small cavern of a very large rock in the area at ground level.

I decided to find this on the way down from Torreys rather than up. I'm thankful you put this one out. Hard hike to top, but a few caches along the way sure helps. Favorite point. The hint was spot on.
