Takes less than an hour  Scenic view  Significant hike  Available at all times  Available during winter  Motorcycles  Quads  Off-road vehicles  Tourist Friendly

This is a beginner's cache with a terrain of 3 due to the OHV nature of getting to this cache.

The trail you'll be on will weave you through large boulders and swampy grass given the right weather. This cache is named for the swampy and quiet area that was Shrek's Swamp.

There is a FTF coin in there for whoever finds this first.
Congrats to GreeneOsker for the FTF!!!!

I like that boulder. That's a nice boulder... even though it's cracked

Parked and walked down the trail and to the bottom. Great walk! Nice hiding place. Cash is in good shape. Just had a little charm in it. I added a log. BYOP
Too bad that it doesn't have more visitors for such an easy find. TFTC

Out riding thr 717 loop. Stopped by this one and found a small surprise in the cache.
Apparently back in April, Jack and Drew stopped nearby for a "smoke" break and stumbled upon the cache. They signed the log and shared some of their weed that was left in baggie in the cache.
I removed the "smelly stuff" from the cache and now it's kid friendly again.

Took my Grand Cherokee into the forest and this road was worse than any of the Forest Roads to date. At the end, we were still .2 mile from the cache, down a steep hill. Didn't want to attempt to hike the descent. I would rate the terrain higher than a 3.

This was placed by my daughter a while back so I checked on it today. It looks like someone replaced the container some time ago (thanks) . In good shape, ready for summer!!
