Dead end 770, past Terrible mountain at the base of Mt. Fairview -elevation 12470, not hard to get to....just a lot easier if you have an ATV!Ok, ready for a hike?, follow road 770 to the end - this road takes you to the top of Terrible mountain, then keep going to Mt. Fairview - if you decide to climb the 13214 ft mountain, you have only 744ft to go and the views are unbelievable. If you look South, you will see the valley where Pitkin is at....At the base of Fairview, you will see a few rocks off to the west, go about 168'...under large rock. Hope you enjoyed the view.

10/01/2015 By flutiste RockDoc and I spent a good hour looking for this cache -- no luck. We did a 168' perimeter from GZ, but found nothing. We also tried the FTFer's coordinates, but that was way out of the ball park. Too bad.
09/02/2015 By conrenae Came looking for this cache about a month ago. Thought we would get more info from the CO, we didn't. We may be back next year, we may not. Can't figure out why the coords are not at the cache.
