Needs maintenance 
Not really that tough a find. The cache container is a match container. This is the second iteration for "Tough One." New placement will survive winter road maintenance better.
Growing up in Pueblo in the 60's, I remember well one of my attorney dad's clients. The Tough Teat Ranch was very near here on the other side of the road. This dairy farm was always receiving complaints about their sign on this highway. I'm convinced dad's ongoing efforts to keep the sign up, with the cow's bright red udder, made it possible for me go to summer camp. Any related bits of history about the dairy in your logs would be very appreciated. I would almost pay cash for a photo of the sign to add to this!

I was passing by here on this last day of the year and stopped by to seek out this one. I found it but the log is very damp. I was just able to get my name on it. Thanks to The old bots for placing it and I enjoyed reading the information on the cache page about the dairy sign ;-)
