Rode the new geo bike up the trail. Another one plucked from the hilltop!

Yup - everybody in town came on up earlier in this one's life... I finally made it on a very nice day too. My gps was stuck on pointing out in the open tundra; but the hiding spot turned up before too long of a search. I took the tb so it doesn't keep being lonely, & left off some bits & pieces of stuff- as in all the 5 I found up here today- and tucked it back to bed for the next waiting period

Lovely day. Snow and rain and slush balls and lightning all falling from the sky. Left nothing, took hat :-/ Shame on us but she was wet and the wind was almost howling. Sorry for the bad form. TFTH

Went up N. Cheyenne Creek and down via Runs Down Fast (fun). Interesting walk through Stratton Reservoir. I've never seen it empty except for puddles. TNLN SL. Thanks for the cache.

Made the hike on our way to summit. Crazy wind, but happy to sneak in some elevation before completely snow covered.

Since my car wasn't up to driving 379, I drove up 376 and parked just short of the gate where it meets 379 and hiked from there. I think it is slightly longer than parking on Old Stage and hiking up 379 but there is much less altitude gain. The cache was a quick find once I finally got up there. TFTC
