This cache is near the beginning of Porcupine Gulch, a little used trail between A Basin and Keystone on Highway 6.
You'll be looking for an ammo can not far from the start of the trail. It should be easy to find, but the signal might be bad in the trees.

There's a small parking area right where the trail starts and a large parking area a short way down hill toward Keystone.

Day 2 of our 3 day trip to the mountains to find caches, do maintenance on our caches and do a little gambling at Black Hawk. Our good luck ran out here - started pouring and of course we had trouble finding it. Finally put the coords in the GPS and went right to it. You have to use some muscle to get it open but inside everything is good. Come visit.
