What does one do with a 4-day weekend? Work on geocaching challenges, of course! Knowing that I was already going to be up in Denver, WingsAndTales agreed to meet me up here to try for a {*FTF*} on this one!
Knowing from previous logs that WP1 was a doozy, we planned to hang out for a while, and divided to conquer. After a short while, the woods were filled with her giggle of disbelief! We both did some quick calculations, and then were off to the rest of the cache...where WingsAndTales proved herself a most talented monkey! (I chickened out and only made it halfway up when it was my turn.) She and the CO never cease to amaze me - let's recall that the CO is not quite 4 months out from a total shoulder, and she placed a cache THERE!? Definitely putting a watch on this cache to see how others manage it.
I think both stages easily qualify as "evil hides." Thank you for placing such a unique cache!

Kerewin0430 and I decided to give this one a shot today. We got to the first WP and set down our packs at GZ since we knew from the previous logs that this might take a while. When you eliminate all the easy options then only the devious ones are left. This one certainly qualifies. I can't say much else without giving things away. Let's just say that it is extremely well hidden. And then there's the rest of the multi. Have a look at the attributes before you go. We came prepared and were able to sign the log on this challenging cache. I'll admit the spider pig song was running through my head while we were working on the final. I don't give out a lot of favorite points but this one deserves more than the one I can give it. TFTC

No luck today on WP1. Thanks! It was a great day for a walk in Mt. Falcon Park.

Searched at the starting point for about an hour and 20 minutes. Climbed trees, crawled on my knees. Tough one. No luck today...
