Ammo can just off of Gold Camp Road.
We started up Gold Camp Road today on our way to Cripple Creek for Donkey Derby Days, little did we know the Colorado roads and storms had other plans for us. The road was washed out....so we made the best of it and hid a cache.

"Denied the Donkeys" was created.


Donkey Derby days just celebrated it's 85th annual event. Started in the 1930s by two businessmen looking to attract people in the summer months by racing donkeys. Today, this two-day jamboree is one of the most popular of all the Cripple Creek events.
