Be prepared for a pretty challenging climb.

This cache is pretty hard to access. I definitely would not recommend it for small children, and I urge anybody who searches for this cache to use caution. It would probably also be better to search for it in the summer without rain or snow. You will be climbing a very steep incline, around some ridges, with some loose rocks, so be wary. This may prove to be a challenge to new geocachers or to anybody who has not done much climbing in the past.

This was a very fun grab with Bhob on my way to finding #10,000 today.

It pays being part mountain goat and part monkey. Made quick work of this before heading up further on the pass.

Hey all! I'm going to visit this cache either today or tomorrow and see if everything is still alright. I've noticed that a lot of you couldn't find it, so I'm planning on remaking the pre-cache and defining the trail a bit better in hopes of making it a bit easier.

I've got a feeling this is quite a way from GZ. We went to GZ which wasn't very far up the hillside. My huggle continued up another 60' higher lined up with GZ and looked for quite a while. He said area was dangerous enough that he should have been roped off. As he worked his way down I went looking for the cavern which we didn't see on our way in. Then I found the precache. I recommend you find it first before attempting to find this cache. It is over 60' from GZ. We never did see the rock trail markers (cairns?) indicated. The rock walls probably mess up GPS reception too.
