This is our first cache, and we thought this would be a great place to put it. There is a good parking area and walking trails. At times the Reserve area may be closed for nesting birds, but the cache will not be affected. No need to cross the fence. We hope you enjoy this one. BYOP & Extraction tool required.

Out with kekj who is teaching me GC101 and using this cache to prove I am not as smart of a geocacher as I thought I was! He tells me i touched and looked right at the cache more than one time, ouch! Once we get more experience we WILL be back.

Out here with the newbie, iMacKid, teaching him geocaching 101. After just 3 finds he was asking about some of the best and/or hardest caches around, and in concept, I described several. He immediately claim "OH, I can find that, that sounds easy, etc " so I decided to prove a point and bring him here. Previously I had gotten him close via gps and turned him loose giving hints, hot cold, etc. This time he had the gps in hand from miles away, got us here ok, but I gave him ZERO hints of any kind and set a time limit. 20 minutes later he had looked at the cache more than once, touched it at least once, but never found it. Proved my point to the max! Visited bugs and had a good laugh!
