Easy drive, but then you hunt.
Learn a little of the history of mining in Leadville. JJ Brown was the mine superintendent and was given a 1/8 interest in the mine. Cache incldes a notepad, pen, kleenix, carabiner flashlight, emergency blanket, Boom Days garter. Do not take anything but pictures, you are in a historic district. Help us save our history, but enjoy the views. Be careful, this is an old mining area.

Beware this is now marked with multiple No Trespassing signs. If you park on 38 and hike over the hills you wont see any signs. At least this way you can claim ignorance.

TFTC. SL. I was a bit uncomfortable going past the private property/no trespassing signs to retrieve this cache as we approached from the SW. Made the quick run to the cache and signed the log. Cords are spot on. Cache and log are in great shape. Cache on!
