Rented ATV's for the morning and made the trek to get this cache along our way. Got to ground zero and wandered around as GPS was bouncing all over. Expanded my search and made the find about 50 feet from GZ. Thanks for bringing us up the hill for a smiley.

Coords are off, but the comments from others were super helpful. Thanks for bringing us to this great location!

Not sure I have too much to add to what Path Pacer and BugRanger have said, but I agree that this is a great site for a cache. The road to here was rough but passable in PP's Outback, and the walk from the "low clearance" parking area was pretty easy for this altitude. There sure are a lot of 4WD vehicles around here though!

Given all the hints in previous logs about "50-55 feet downhill from the coordinates," we pretty much aimed there right away. Yup, 55 feet is just about right. (The alternate coordinates in a previous log were less helpful, actually.) It didn't take long to find the cache, which is in very good condition, especially for a 16-year-old cache.

Then we stepped just a little farther downhill to a magnificent viewpoint and admired the panorama. We all agree it was well worth coming up here, and I think it deserves a favorite point for being a great example of classic geocaching. TFTC!

Last cache of the day and a great one! We took our time driving up the road, which got progressively worse, until we reached the low-clearance parking junction. We could probably have driven all the way, but why risk it? Besides, it was a gorgeous day for a walk.

The cache took a little bit of finding, but the previous logs of "55 ft south of GZ" helped us out. Cache is in great shape. I took the CD to help me sign up for an Earthlink account.

The views from this cache site are definitely worth a favorite point!

Caching with EstesLynne & Path Pacer. Really cool spot for a cache. Road was a bit rocky but no prob going in from US 34 & CO4/USFS123 in the Subaru. Short hike to cache from the "low-clearance" parking spot. Hint and previous cache logs helped in the search. Took photos afterwards - great views from the point nearby. Too bad noboday has been here in nearly 2 years! TFTC!

In town visiting brother and tried some dispersed camping. Ended up hiking in the hard way from the south, then had to search a while. The coordinates are off as others stated. Beautiful day for a hike !

Found the cache 55 ft. from the posted cords. Lots of swag, I traded a Buckeye, a wooden nickle, and a parachute man for a Boy Scout patch.

Great day to be out. The previous hint that the cache was about 50 feet down the hill was correct.
