Path Pacer and I went on a Jeep run today to go after the final of a multi-cache near Storm Mountain. While making our way up the mountain trail in my Jeep we came upon many downed trees blocking our path. Luckliy we were prepared and brought along a chainsaw. Several trees in, I began to wonder... does a chainsaw qualify as specialized equipment? I still don't have the answer to that question but it did help me conceive of this challenge. The container you are looking for began as an ammocan but has been upgraded to resemble my Jeep. Hope you enjoy.


Requirements: To qualify for this challenge you must have previously found 25 caches that have the "Special Tool Required" attribute. Use the checker to prove you have met the challenge. At my current pace, I should qualify for this one in about 30 years. I was in the neighborhood though, so I signed the log. I liked the container and the hiding place. A critter chewed on the non-structural parts of the container, but it's still fully functional.
The fall colors were beautiful as were the views, and I saw some grouse.

We took a slight detour on the way home from Cheyenne helping the kids move to their new house.

My wife just reminded me it was a good 2and 3/4 hour detour.

Anyway we never been up the canyon before or on storm mountain either of course.
