Located in stumptown, just outside Leadville in the mining district.
There are 2 ways to get here by vehicle. East 5th street is one way and a normal car could make it most of the way. East 7th is the other way but a more rugged vehicle would be needed. 7th street would be a better hike or mountain bike way to go. After finding the treasure, be sure to check out all the buildings and other artifacts from days gone by that abound this valley. The cache is an ammo box. The original contents included: log, M&M guy, Cancun shot glass, large die, film container of "gold", container of pyrite, green matchbox, yellow matchbox, corkscrew, sheriff badge, Colorado Springs post card, New Belgium Brewery post card and a superball.

Spent a little off-time from guiding visiting some mining areas East of Leadville. Mostly 4X4 roads in this area with great vistas and postcard perfect views of mining the history in this area of Colorado - simply beautiful. TFTC! :-)
