This regular sized container is where the title says it is. The "bonsai tree" is dead or dying but still there on top of a large rock. For the cache look under the rock about an arm length from the trail.

I needed an easy and short day hike, so I came back to the Lincoln Mountain Open Space. I had a hard time trying to find this on. My main problem was that I initially didn't see the bonsai tree and since sassydil has really long arms, there was a few areas to check. I eventually made the find because if you don't have perseverance, stubbornness can win the day. I also found a dog collar wrapped around a tree...was that a dogwood? Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find and giving me an excuse to come back to this area. TFTC.

Made this one harder than it should've been, since the title is the best clue. Cute little bonzai! I wonder how old it is? This trail and geocaches were a lot of fun!! TNLN
