Been a while since we've found a sassydil cache. New open space for us - glad a friend told us about it. TNLNSL, TFTC.

Enjoying a gorgeous Mother's Day weekend here in Colorado. I didn't realize this open space existed until I saw a cluster of caches in this area on the geocaching map. TFTC!

Today I learned there is a breed of mammoth donkey! Which I mistook for mules, oops. Encountered a couple being ridden along the trail near here. Thanks for the cache, sassydil.

Nice little hiding spot by a good place to take a rest. We had been blessed with really nice, overcast skies with cool breezes, but the skies started to threaten rain, so we kept moving. We found a blue sled off in the scrub oaks, but was too unwieldy to carry in the wind today, so left it near the trail in hopes someone can pack it out and maybe make use of it.
