Puzzle cache - there is nothing at the listed coordinates.
To find the cache, solve the puzzle below:
-----
Upon noticing a new puzzle cache in the Douglas County area, you prepare to run out and make a quick find of it. Before you leave home, you find that at this particular time on this day the speed of sound is 333.4918204 m/s. In order to decide if you're going to need a jacket, you take out a piece of paper and a calculator to figure out the outdoor temperature (using an even 331m/s as the value for the speed of sound at 0 degrees Celsius).
With the temperature in degrees Celsius discovered, you grab your jacket and head out to the car. On your way to the cache, you take the temperature value that you found and add the prefix "DC GIS" to it. Maybe you just like adding cool letters before numbers, or maybe you should whip out your smart phone and google that while in the Starbucks drive-thru.
From what your research says, somebody has put down a nice set of coordinates for an object corresponding with that set of letters and numbers. Hmm... that spot just doesn't look correct. It would make a lot more sense if a cache was placed 177.457 feet away, in the general direction of 99.848 degrees. With that, you can take a long, satisfying swig of your super mocha cappuccino latte supreme while heading off to sign the log.

NOTICE: For the accurate answers necessary to derive the correct coordinates of the cache, DO NOT round off ANY number values in your calculations.
Good luck!
