Off Black Ridge Trail on BLM land outside Colorado National Monument.
The cache is a lock n' lock container placed off the Black Ridge Trail. The trailhead is at the visitor center of Colorado National Monument. The trail begins in the Monument and then enters BLM land where the cache is placed. Carrying water is always recommended especially in the summer. My GPS was reading with an accuracy of 10 feet.

Had a nice morning walk from the campground on the Black Ridge trail. We almost overlooked the cache but found it in the end. Thanks for the cellphone cover, left a smiley pencil. TFTC !

Fun, quick find. I was hiking with a group, so on the way out all I could do was gaze longingly at the area where the cache is. On the way back I speed walked so I could get ahead of the group....and it gave me just enough time to find it. Took a whistle, left a cell phone cover. Thanks!!

Nice cache in a cool location. Black Ridge Trail can be "slippery when wet".
