We actually planted this cache back in the fall of 2008 but Mountain Roamer and Red Ruby had forgotten to list it. Well that’s not true but that’s my story and I am stickin to it.
The cache is located on Sevenmile Rd North of Glenn Echo. Traveling the road is very bumpy with rocks. It is muddy and has several water crossings. This should NOT be done with any vehicle that does not have proper ground clearance and 4 wheel drive. Motorcycles and ATV’s will do fine but expect to get wet with the water crossings that are running fairly deep this time of year.
The cache is an ammo can and well stocked with a log book and writing instrument.

Out camping with friends and emanddiv and on a long hike and we found it - actually, emanddiv found it. Great location as a wet spring has brought forth lots of green grass, wildflowers, butterflies, and even a cool stream to rest our feet in after the 1.3 mile hike from camp to get to this spot.

Just dropping a note on this one. We were in the area and made an attempt for this one, but with the 2 foot deep snow drifts and plenty of snow covering GZ we didn't find the container - but we didn't feel like digging through the snow either.
