This cache is part II of a cache series in honor of my parents 62nd Anniversary and my dad's 86th birthday.

Well now where is Anne's overlook located. Well you will have to find Mac's Cache GC13648 and mark him as a waypoint, using UTM's.

You cannot stay at the cache forever, you have to come down again.
So why seek in the first place?
Just this: What is above knows what is below.
But what is below does not know what is above.

One hikes, one finds.

One returns and remembers what they have seen.
When in the lower regions you will be glad.
For you saw what others only dream about.
There will be a time when your visions are dimmed
But you will at least know
What it was like up there.

Once you have found Mac's all you have to do is plot the elusive location of Annes. From Mac's she is about 5.75°'s less than SW by South and if you've done Drakes Dilemma then you will know what I'm talking about.

The distance you can figure out by doing the Old Greek Formula:

A² + B² = C²

Now a riddle to help you figure out the equation, and if your smart you will find a route around the equation.
Mac is about 798 meters to the North of Anne.
And Anne is about 632 meters West of Mac.

Cache is swagless its the location and the search that counts !!

Lots of beautiful spots on Crosier mountain, but this may be the most beautiful of them all! I'm finally able to go after the Celtic Cross now. Just another reason to head back up the mountain another day!

What a lovely spot and fantastic view! The day was cloudless, although it was a bit smoggy from the controlled burns over by Longs and Twin Sisters today. Found the cache fairly easily; it was about 70' from where I'd plotted it. Added some small carabiners and a packet of mini notepads. My non-geocaching hiking partner and I decided we liked this location better than Mac's. I imagine Anne is well-pleased. :)

I have to say that this spot was my favorite on Crosier and we did take the time to enjoy the spectacular views. At this point, ernie66 had all the data he needed for Thairis Air A Ghleann – Beyond the Valley. My gps was reading 8.9 miles at that point. Thank you for bringing us up there.

A beautiful mid-November day to go on a cache hike on Crosier. This is a special place for a cache in honor of Tahosa's mother. You need to make the effort to find this. It will be well worth it. TFTC!

We have found this one on a special geo-teering hike around Tahosa's caches lead by Denali.

The view here is breath-taking. But I won't post any photos. Go there and see for yourself!

Just like Mac's. this is great cache at a beautiful final location. Another fitting tribute to the COs parents who obviously are special to have raised such a fine son! IN - Olympic pin OUT - Awesome experience TFTH!!

Thanks, Tahosa, for this cache and your enduring presence on Crosier Mountain. You and your caketaker-successor, Denali41 have a respectful influence on those who follow along your big footprints on the mountain.

I was part of the Cinco de Mayo group led by Denali41 that traipsed across the mountain trails on a delightful Saturday. Thanks to my co-hikers and explorers for the great day in Roosevelt National Forest.

Anne must be proud to have a setting as lovely as this dedicated by her son.

Our Geo-Teering group had a great day on Crosier Mountain. We owe our thanks to Tahosa for creating so many great caches and to Denali41 for continuing the legacy. This was probably the best view of the day and that is something considering everything we saw from the mountain today. TFTC

Fount his on our Geo-Teering trek on Crosier Mountain. What a beautiful place! This was another of the great learning experiences of Tahosa's caches. I am grateful for the lesson and the experience of my visit. This was a very special day that I will long remember. TFTC SL
