On the way to the top I hiked up the"hard" trail then from the top, took the "difficult" trail down. While it is indeed more difficult, it is much more scenic, enjoyable and no highway noise. From the location of the cache and a few more steps down the trail, you have this million dollar view. Take some pics and breathe it all in; it's worth the climb.

You won't need to leave the trail to get to the cache as it's a bit scary on this section, especially for this old man. You will be sharing this section of the trail with bicyclists and they have the right-of-way.

You're looking for a camo-ed pill bottle. Hide well as it is trail-side.

ARRGGGHH! I share GD’s frustration with this cache. I scoured every crack, rock, crevice and snake hole on both sides of the trail for 40 feet in both directions from GZ. If it’s here, needs a higher difficulty rating on my scale. K7

Wah, Wah, Wah! After a solid 45 minute search of the rocks, the trees, the trail, etc I finally had to give up! I was so bummed because it was just found, but alas no luck for this cowboy today. Another day and another Kitt5 blue frowny face for me. Maybe next time.
