A spot off Winding Stairs Road and overlooking North Monument Creek. It's wedged in a crack between two boulders that are 5-6 feet across. I've included a spoiler photo. The challenge is getting there. The view is the reward.
The road/trail will get you very close to the cache. From there you can walk out on top of a ridge to get there. No climbing is involved if you find the right route. In the picture below the cache is in the middle from top to bottom and about 1/4 of the way from the right side.
There are 2 main ways to the cache.
1) You can drive Rampart Range Rd to Winding Stairs Rd(also called road 323 and drive until your vehicle can't take it anymore. The road was in very good shape up to the parking point listed below. After that you will need a 4X4 with decent clearance or you can walk about 1.3 miles to the cache.
2) You can hike up the Winding Stairs trail from Palmer Lake. I haven't gone this route but I estimate the hike is 5 miles each way. If you go this way let me know how far it is and I will update this page.
After you find the cache look across the valley to the south. You will see an area that may be of interest to you.
